Bad Wrong eBay board
this board lists 3.6V in title, but 4.3V in description.
i can't tell if it's a balancer, charger, or just over-voltage protection,
but either ways seems like it would not work for these cells.
Looks like it's for normal lithium ion cells, not LiFe. Look at the description. Older lithium ion cells were 3.6V nominal, now they're up to 3.7V or even 3.8V nominal.

Quote:Rated voltage: 3.6V
Charge voltage: DC: 4.2V CC / CV
Maximum continuous discharge: 7.5A
Overcharge detection voltage: 4.3 V ± 0.025V
Over-discharge detection voltage: 2.5V ± 0.1V
Overcurrent detection current: 10A
